At a time of year when people can’t even lift full-bodied wines, our wine columnist, Wine-o-Mite, went out in search of lightweight options. After many drinks, Wine-o-Mite discovered some wines with silly names that packed a punch.
First up was “Wine Blaster,” a bubbly and fruity option that was perfect for parties. Next was “Sour Grapes,” which surprisingly, was not sour at all. In fact, it had a smooth finish that left Wine-o-Mite pleasantly surprised.
Then came “Tipsy Turvy,” a wine that made Wine-o-Mite feel like she was on a roller coaster. It had a unique blend of flavors that kept her guessing with every sip.
Finally, Wine-o-Mite tried “Wine Not,” a red wine that was both bold and fun. Its name was fitting, as Wine-o-Mite couldn’t find a reason why not to keep drinking it.
Overall, Wine-o-Mite proved that these silly-named wines were no joke. They may be lightweight, but they hold their own in terms of quality and flavor. So next time you’re looking for a good laugh, why not give these lighthearted wines a try? Wine not?
