In a shocking move, airline companies across the globe have decided to let go of their long-held beliefs in traditional gender roles and rigid uniforms. Instead, they are embracing individuality and allowing their employees to express themselves in any way they see fit.
The decision was met with nothing but excitement from airline staff. “Finally, I was able to wear the uniform I’ve always wanted to wear,” exclaimed flight attendant, Betty Boop.
Betty, who had always dreamed of donning a Captain America costume while serving passengers, was ecstatic to finally be able to do so. “I feel like a superhero. Everyone on the plane loves it when I come around with my shield and ask if they need any refreshment,” she said.
But Betty wasn’t the only one who decided to take advantage of the new dress code. Airline pilot, Superman, arrived for his next flight wearing a bright red cape and tights. “I’ve always felt like a superhero inside. Now, with the new dress code, I can show it on the outside too,” he said, striking a pose.
Some airlines even went as far as allowing their crew to wear Halloween costumes year-round. One flight attendant, who chose to remain anonymous, showed up to work dressed as a giant banana. “I always wanted to be fruity and fun, and now I can be,” she said before slipping down the aisle, much to the delight of passengers.
However, not everyone was happy about the new dress code. One disgruntled passenger complained, “I didn’t pay for this flight to be served by a flight attendant dressed as a ninja turtle. This is outrageous!”
Despite the odd complaint, the new dress code seems to be a hit, with airline companies reporting a surge in bookings. Who wouldn’t want to fly with a team of superheroes and cartoon characters?
