According to sources close to the project, Blabber INC’s ultimate goal is to create a tool that can communicate with customers so effectively, they won’t even realize they’re talking to a robot.
“We want to create an AI so convincing, people will be convinced they’re talking to a real person. We figure if we can convince people that, we can convince them of just about anything,” said McGoots with a knowing wink.
But of course, there are skeptics who doubt the feasibility of such an undertaking.
“I’m sorry, but did Mr. McGoots just say he wants to create a conversation robot so convincing, it will be able to fool humans? Has he seen Blade Runner?” asked tech analyst, Mr. Bob Blob.
