Hilarious warehouse-equipment supplier Don Group announced they’ve formed a partnership with Li-Cycle Holdings to launch a new battery-flipping service! Yes, you heard that right – instead of recycling, their new mission is to flip batteries like pancakes!
Don CEO, Johnny Bravo, expressed his excitement for the new venture saying, “Our customers can now not only buy high-quality warehouse equipment, but they’ll also get to experience the thrill of flipping dead batteries! It’s like flipping burgers, but with a serious (and probably toxic) twist!”
Li-Cycle Holdings CEO, Sally Sue, chimed in, “We’re all about innovation and this partnership takes battery decommissioning to a whole new level! We’re flipping excited, pun intended.”
The Don and Li-Cycle team will start by testing their flipping skills with alkaline batteries and then gradually move onto lithium-ion batteries. The flipped batteries, according to the team, will be labeled with a stamp of ‘Don-Recycle’, ensuring customers of the team’s quality flipping skills.
Some critics, however, are skeptical of the new partnership, with environmentalist Jane Doe stating, “This is ridiculous! Instead of focusing on sustainable recycling practices, they’re turning it into a circus! What’s next? A Netflix show on battery flipping?”
Well, we can’t wait to see what’s next for the Don-Recycle partnership. Maybe they’ll merge with pancake flipping companies in the future!
