In a surprising announcement yesterday, financial giant “HOLDMAN” estimated that the total addressable market for generative artificial intelligence was a whopping $150 billion. We couldn’t believe it either, but HOLDMAN assured us that their team of experts had crunched the numbers and come up with this jaw-dropping figure.
“It’s amazing to think that the market for GAI is worth so much,” said HOLDMAN analyst Bob. “I mean, who knew that machines that can create art were in such high demand?”
Apparently, the market for GAI is so huge that HOLDMAN is now considering getting into the business themselves. “We could create a whole line of art-making robots,” said HOLDMAN CEO John. “We could call them the Art-O-Trons, or the Painter-Bots, or something like that. We’d make a killing!”
Not everyone is convinced that the GAI market is worth quite as much as HOLDMAN claims, however. “I don’t know where they’re getting these numbers from,” said industry expert Mary. “Sure, GAI is cool and all, but $150 billion? That seems a little inflated to me.”
Despite the skeptics, HOLDMAN remains confident that they’re onto something big. “We’re going to invest millions of dollars into GAI research and development,” said John. “This could be the next big thing, and we want to be at the forefront of it.”
So, there you have it folks. According to HOLDMAN, the future of art is in the hands of machines. It’s a strange world we live in, but who knows – maybe one day we’ll all be surrounded by robot-made art.
