Global Plan to Combat Climate Change: Politicians to Live in Igloos Half the Year

In a shocking turn of events, global leaders have announced a new plan to combat climate change. The plan involves sending each country’s politicians to live in igloos for six months out of the year.

“By forcing our leaders to experience the harsh reality of a warming planet, we hope they will be motivated to take real action,” said a spokesperson for the initiative.

The plan has been met with mixed reviews. Some politicians, like Prime Minister Justin Case of Canada, are embracing the idea. “I’m looking forward to living in an igloo and connecting with nature,” Case said in a statement.

However, others, like President Donald Dump of the United States, are less thrilled. “I’m not living in no igloo. I have a bigly house with a bigly heater and I don’t see why I should have to give that up,” Dump complained.

Even European leaders are divided on the issue. Chancellor Angela Meekel of Germany expressed concern about the practicality of living in an igloo, while French President Manu Mackerel joked that he already felt like he was living in one during the winter months.

Despite the controversy, the plan is set to move forward. Each country will be responsible for building their own igloos for their politicians, with materials and instructions provided by a global organization dedicated to the cause.

Only time will tell if this plan will lead to significant action on climate change or just a lot of cold and crabby politicians.
