The document, leaked to the LMAO news, unveils a hilarious conversation between top-notch officials from the fictional country of North Kajikistan.

According to the document, the conversation took place during a secret meeting where the North Kajikistan officials discussed the possibility of launching a giant inflatable unicorn as a missile to scare off their enemies.

The plan was suggested by the Minister of Silly Walks, Mr. Bumpkin, who argued that the giant unicorn’s cuteness would disarm their opponents and make them trample on themselves in the rush to pet it.

However, the Minister of Agriculture, Ms. Fluffy, was quick to point out that the unicorn would require a significant amount of helium to stay afloat, and North Kajikistan doesn’t have enough helium in their reserves.

The Minister of Fancy Hats, Sir Reginald, suggested using a substitute for helium, such as laughter or hot air, but the Minister of Security, Mr. Grumpus, argued that it would make them a laughingstock of the world.

The conversation then took a bizarre turn when the Minister of Cheese, Lady Cheddar, suggested using cheese as a rocket fuel. She claimed that the rotting smell of cheese would make their enemies nauseous, and they would surrender immediately.

The other officials were skeptical of Lady Cheddar’s idea, but they agreed to conduct a feasibility study to explore the possibility of using cheese as a weapon of mass destruction.

The document ended with a note from the Secretary of State, Mr. Boring, who apologized for his absence from the meeting due to a sudden migraine. He urged the officials to take their responsibilities seriously and not to waste their time on ridiculous ideas.

We can only hope that the officials didn’t take Mr. Boring’s advice seriously and went ahead with their plan of launching a giant inflatable unicorn armed with cheese rockets. After all, who wouldn’t surrender to that?
