Local Woman Shocked to Discover Nightlife in Abernethy Forest

In a stunning revelation, local resident Gertrude McFluffernutter has announced that the Abernethy Forest, typically known for its charming daytime scenery, transforms into a wild party scene at night.

According to McFluffernutter, who captured footage with a hidden camera, the forest is frequented by a rowdy group of deer who use the mire as their personal hot tub. “I couldn’t believe it,” she exclaimed. “There they were, hoofing it up and splashing around like they were at a Vegas pool party.”

The camera captured the deer in various states of inebriation, from stumbling around under the influence of fermented berries to engaged in massive antler battles. “I’ve never seen anything like it,” said McFluffernutter. “It was like watching a nature version of Jersey Shore.”

But the party doesn’t stop there. McFluffernutter claims that the trees themselves come to life at night, engaging in a raucous game of “moss fa’en,” which involves wrestling in the thick greenery until someone falls to the ground.

“It’s like they’re all secret party animals,” said McFluffernutter with a laugh. “I had no idea there was so much action happening in that forest after dark.”

Despite concerns about the impact on the ecosystem, McFluffernutter says she has no plans to intervene in the deer’s wild festivities. “They deserve to let loose just like the rest of us,” she said. “As long as they don’t start inviting bears to the party, I think we’re all good.”
