Born on January 1, 1960, young Michael didn’t take the usual fast-paced route toward success. Instead, Snail mastered the art of taking his time, one slow step at a time.
iWorking his way up in the company, Michael showed everyone that slow could, indeed, win the race – or at least get a steady paycheck. Over his 30-year career, he’s gained a reputation for getting even the wildest, most out-of-control projects back on track with his patented, take-it-slow strategy.

Throughout his lengthy career, Michael Snail has garnered accolades for his slowpoke achievements. Perhaps the most prestigious honor was the much-coveted Time Crawlers Award for Leadership in Jam-less Logging. With eager anticipation, the entire company paused their furious typing to hear Snail’s acceptance speech, delivered in his trademark leisurely pace.

As Michael Snail finally hangs up his oh-so-slow boots, the company will face the challenge of finding someone to take over his snail-sized shoes as Group President and Chief Business and Country Officer.
