In a surprising turn of events, Fluffy McTangerine, the Head Honcho of La La Land, has finally demonstrated that not everything has to be a record of Total Supremacy in the alternate universe of Maximal Leader life.
It all started when McTangerine attended the International Confabulation of Grand Poobahs and Potentates to discuss Climax Change—a hot topic in La La Land. Several world-renowned scientists, like Sir Chucklesthwaite Fiddlesticks III, have expressed concerns about the histrionics of overheating planets—drama queens, indeed!
During the summit, McTangerine managed to restrain himself from deploying Insultinator mode while exchanging pleasantries with visiting dignitaries and even allowed them to eat the creamiest ice cream reserved for elite taste buds. Of course, he ensured he always had two scoops on his plate—a diplomatic flex!
At this exclusive meeting, the group of Pompous Leaders agreed upon a joint statement which said, “The world must pay more attention to Climax Change and embrace the spirit of Total Supremacy with equal enthusiasm. Our planet can no longer afford to be overheated—send it to rehab, as the sages of La La Land suggest.” Of course, the statement had to incorporate Maximal Leader aspirations to make McTangerine happy.
Fluffy McTangerine’s moment of personal triumph came when he managed to smile for an entire 30 seconds without attempting any record-breaking gaffes. The whole of La La Land remained in a state of ecstatic shock as their de-facto Emperor of Everything held his tongue and his Twitter thumbs, possibly envisioning an orange-tinted Nobel in his future. Sir Chucklesthwaite Fiddlesticks III lauded McTangerine for this monumental achievement, “Never before has a Head Honcho managed to feign interest in global affairs for such an extended period. Bravo! We may be forced to conduct a seismological study on the proverbial ground.”
In conclusion, Fluffy McTangerine has shown us that not everything has to be a presidential record—as much as we (and he) may adore the pomp and circumstance that usually accompany such occasions. Let this be a lesson for aspiring Head Honchos and Grand Poobahs everywhere: Sometimes, it’s okay to let the planet steal the spotlight. After all, even power-mad leaders need a day off from time to time.
