FAKE NEWS ALERT: LinkedIn’s AI-Powered Collaborative Articles Turn into Hilarious Banter Between Fictitious Characters!
LinkedIn has rolled out a new feature called “collaborative articles” that aims to stimulate discussions on the platform using AI-powered conversation starters. However, the feature has taken a hilarious turn, courtesy of some fictitious personalities called Chuck, June, and Fred.
In one instance, Chuck, a self-proclaimed expert in social media management, posted a collaborative article on “Five Tips on Boosting Your Brand’s Visibility.” June, a recent graduate in marketing, posted a comment, “Chuck, what’s your take on TikTok? Does it still work?”
To which Chuck’s AI-generated answer sparked an unexpected twist, “Hey June, I’m afraid I’m not on TikTok yet. I’m still trying to figure out how to work my Nokia 3310. Heard it’s all the rage with Gen Z.” To which June replied, “Who’s Gen Z? Is he a rapper? 😂”
Another conversation that took a hilarious turn involved Fred, a seasoned recruiter, and Chuck discussing “Internal Hiring vs. External Hiring.” Chuck’s AI-generated comment stated, “Hey Fred, I’m all for internal hiring, but how do we ensure that our employees don’t get too comfortable and start taking naps at work? 😜”
To which Fred replied, “I’m with you, Chuck. That’s why I always leave a trail of coffee cups in the morning to see who’s slacking off. But I think we should also introduce some fun activities like hopscotch to keep them energized. What do you think?”
The comments section on LinkedIn’s articles has never been so lively and it’s all thanks to these humorous characters who have taken their love for AI to a whole new level. With the trend catching on, we can’t wait to see what “Chuck,” “June,” and “Fred” have in store for the next set of collaborative articles. Stay tuned, folks!
