The employee, who goes by the name of Peter Parker, was unsure if he had been laid off by the social media giant and Elon, being Elon, took it upon himself to make fun of Peter’s condition, calling him “Stuttering Stanley” in a now-deleted tweet.
Many Twitter users were outraged by Elon’s insensitive comments, even going as far as to boycott his electric car company, “Tesla” and “SpaceX”.
