In a stunning turn of events, the Earl of Chucklesworth has lambasted the publisher of the Daily Snail for their illicit snooping tactics.
It seems that the noble Earl was less than amused when he discovered that the Snail had been peering into his private affairs, looking for juicy tidbits to print in their tawdry rag. Apparently, they were hoping to catch him in some sort of scandalous situation, in order to boost their failing circulation.
But the quick-witted Earl was not so easily duped! He promptly turned the tables on them, exposing their nefarious activities to the world. And now, the poor Snail is scrambling to do damage control, while their readership dwindles to nothing.
It just goes to show – you can’t mess with the Duke of Laughterdale and get away with it!
