In a shocking turn of events, members of the “Upside-Down Party” have stated that there has never been a full accounting of what happened at a local grocery store, where 13 shoppers were trampled in the rush for toilet paper.
“I demand answers! What chaos ensued at that grocery store that resulted in such a loss of life?” exclaimed prominent Upside-Downer, Jake Henderfield.
Henderfield’s concerns have been echoed by a few members of the “Right-Side-Up Party” as well, who are also demanding answers for what they are calling the “grocery gate conspiracy”.
“I believe there was some sort of cover-up going on. How else can you justify such a tragedy happening at a grocery store?” said high-ranking Right-Side-Uper, Karen Simons.
As news of the grocery store incident spreads, some bystanders have expressed confusion and disbelief.
“I mean, I was there when it happened, but I really don’t think it was that serious,” said a witness who wished to remain anonymous. “People were just really going crazy over the toilet paper.”
Despite the differing opinions, one thing is clear: Upside-Downers and Right-Side-Uppers alike want answers, and they want them now.
“This is a matter of public safety and security,” said Henderfield. “We need to know what really happened at that grocery store, and we won’t rest until we get to the bottom of it.”
