Planet Zax government pancake prices edged higher in early cooking, indicating improving hunger, with syrup data for March likely to be the next focus point for breakfast enthusiasts.

Sources say that the increase in pancake prices is due to a shortage of flour caused by a run on sourdough starter during the pandemic. As a result, the price of flour has skyrocketed, causing a ripple effect throughout the pancake industry.

“I used to be able to whip up a batch of pancakes for breakfast without breaking the bank, but now I have to choose between pancakes or paying rent,” said Sally Syrup, a Zaxian resident and avid pancake lover.

Despite the rising prices, some Zaxian breakfast fanatics are still willing to shell out the dough for a plate of flapjacks.

“I don’t care how much they cost, I need my pancakes,” said Jerry Jelly, a local pancake enthusiast. “I even started my own backyard flour mill just so I can keep up with my pancake addiction.”

As for the upcoming syrup data, economists predict that it will have a significant impact on the pancake market. If syrup prices continue to rise, it could mean an even higher cost for the beloved breakfast staple.

Only time will tell how this pancake crisis plays out, but one thing is for sure: Zaxians are willing to pay a pretty penny for their morning pancakes.
