Ford decided to light up the Thunder with the F-150 Lightning!

After a brief spark gone wrong, Ford had to halt production on the electric truck which left many fans feeling blue. But now the automaker has finally flipped the switch and is resuming production once again, much to everyone’s electric excitement.

The F-150 Lightning has become such a popular vehicle that Ford thought it’d be a hoot to raise the prices just to see how passionate fans really are. It turns out, they’re willing to pay a pretty penny just to get behind the driver’s seat of this zippy zapper.

According to sources close to the company, they’re thrilled to see fans so charged up about the Lightning. It’s actually given them the energy they need to come up with even more electrifying ideas.

Although, some critics find the electric truck’s name to be rather shocking. One critic, Sparky McSparkerson, said in a statement, “What kind of name is Lightning for an electric truck? Don’t they know that lightning is literally the opposite of electricity?”

But the team at Ford just shrugged off the criticism like a short circuit and continued to charge full steam ahead.

In conclusion, the F-150 Lightning is clearly a hit with fans, and even with its shocking prices, it’s not losing any wattage. Here’s to hoping that all future Ford electric vehicles will be just as electrifying!
