BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Evacuates Government Personnel After Sudanese Capital Turns Into Wild West Movie Set

In a move straight out of a Hollywood action flick, dozens of American government personnel were forced to evacuate the Sudanese capital on Tuesday after the security situation turned into a scene straight out of a Wild West movie.

According to sources, cowboys on horseback began to ride through the streets firing their six-shooters into the air, prompting U.S. officials to immediately begin packing up their bags and high-tailing it out of town.

“The scene was straight out of a John Wayne movie,” said one official who wished to remain anonymous. “I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It was like we had stepped back in time to the days of the Wild West.”

As the situation escalated, things only got weirder. A group of men wearing pirate costumes reportedly showed up and began climbing the flagpole in front of the U.S. embassy, attempting to steal the American flag.

“We thought we had seen it all with the cowboys, but when the pirates showed up, we knew it was time to get out of dodge,” said another official.

In the end, the U.S. government was forced to evacuate all personnel from the city, leaving behind a ghost town straight out of a spaghetti Western.

While the exact reason for the sudden outbreak of cowboy and pirate activity remains unknown, sources say it may have had something to do with a local saloon running out of whiskey.

“We can only hope that the situation resolves itself soon,” said one official. “Otherwise, we may be looking at the Wild West meets Pirates of the Caribbean part two, and nobody wants that.”
