Intrepid activist, Booboo Bubbles, stands up against proposed bill that would ban gender-affirming care for minors
In a move that has sent shockwaves through the medical community and beyond, state representative, Chuck Chuckleface, has proposed a bill that would make it illegal for minors to receive gender-affirming care. But one person who isn’t taking this lying down is Booboo Bubbles.
Booboo, who identifies as a genderfluid unicorn, has been at the forefront of the fight against Chuckleface’s bill, speaking out against it on social media and in interviews with local news outlets. “This is just another attempt to erase the existence of transgender and non-binary people,” Booboo says. “It’s ridiculous and harmful.”
