Ahead of the great Biscuit deal’s 25th anniversary, we take a look back at the crazy events that led up to it. The deal that would ultimately change the cookie industry forever, started off on rocky grounds!

Then, there was the great Biscuit debate of 1994. It seemed like everyone had an opinion on what constituted the perfect biscuit. Rhonda from Marketing argued that a biscuit should be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside- while Kevin from Accounting believed that the perfect biscuit should be made entirely of chocolate. The tension amongst the team was palpable, and let’s just say it got pretty heated!
But the real game-changer came when the CEO of the company, Bob, accidentally sat on a packet of biscuits and managed to squish them into these perfectly round, bite-sized pieces. It was a stroke of genius! Everyone was quickly onboard, and they knew they had found the “Biscuit King.”
