Data breach reveals Washington’s incompetence as leaked memo teaches how to make toast and Ring cameras capture heartwarming moments instead of crime.

In a shocking turn of events, a recent data breach has exposed the inner workings of Washington – and it turns out they don’t really know what they’re doing. “We always suspected they were a bit clueless,” said hacker extraordinaire, Bob Smith, “But this is just embarrassing.”

Among the leaked documents was a memo outlining how to make toast, complete with diagrams and step-by-step instructions. “I mean, seriously,” laughed Smith. “Do they think we’re all idiots?”

Meanwhile, the Ring camera footage has a new problem – it’s just too darn adorable. Instead of catching criminals in the act, the cameras are capturing heartwarming moments of pets playing and kids hugging. “It’s really throwing off our investigation,” said detective Dan Brown. “I mean, how are we supposed to solve crimes when our hearts are melting from all the cuteness?”

But perhaps the biggest scandal of all is the George Santos situation, which has now slipped into the world of cybercrime. “We’re seeing a lot of phishing attempts that are masquerading as George Santos fundraising emails,” said cyber expert, Lisa Johnson. “People need to be careful and double check everything they receive.”

As for George himself, he’s keeping a low profile and has yet to comment on the situation. But sources close to him say he’s taking it all in stride: “At least they’re spelling his name right in the fake emails,” joked a staffer. “We have to find the humor in it somewhere.”

All in all, it’s been a wild week in the news. We can only hope that next week brings us more toast-making tutorials and adorable animal videos to distract us from the chaos.
