Faux Standards Agency Uncovers Mislabeling of Food Products, Putting Customers at Risk.

The Faux Standards Agency states there’s a good chance customers were in danger as they explore the misbranding of food products.

In what appears to be a scandal straight out of a sitcom, the agency has uncovered that some unscrupulous food vendors have been mislabelling their products in a shocking effort to get ahead of the competition.

From “Beef and Pork” sausages that contain no beef, to “Vegetarian” corned beef that has a little more beef than corn, it seems that some vendors will go to any lengths to dupe customers.

One disgruntled customer, who wished to remain anonymous, said: “I was really looking forward to my Vegetarian corned beef sandwich, and then I found out that it had actual beef in it! I was absolutely fuming, I mean what’s the point of calling it Vegetarian if it’s not? It’s false advertising!”

Another customer, who also wished to remain anonymous, added: “I bought a pack of ‘all-beef’ hot dogs, and it wasn’t until I took them home that I realized they were actually made from horse meat! I couldn’t believe it, I mean I’m not a fussy eater but come on, that’s just ridiculous!”

The Faux Standards Agency has urged customers to be vigilant when purchasing food products and to report any incidents of mislabelling they come across.

As this scandal continues to unravel, we can only hope that vendors start to take their responsibilities seriously, and that we can all go back to enjoying our food without having to worry about whether or not it contains any actual beef.
