Former ‘Undies’ Lead Singer Feargal Sharkey Wins Argument, Now Environmental Campaigner
Feargal Sharkey, formerly of the punk band the “Undies,” has found a new hobby – saving the environment! The former frontman has put down his microphone and picked up his picket sign to lead the campaign against sewage in Britain’s waters.
“People used to talk to me about ‘Teenage Kicks,’ but now it’s all about the crap in our rivers,” Sharkey laments. However, he is not about to give up his mission, claiming that he is a man who can win an argument.
The former punk rocker is now known for his clean-cut look and trendy eco-friendly clothing attire. “I’m really happy to get back to talking about music soon,” said Sharkey, “but for now, all I want is for every river to be as clean as possible.”
Sharkey has been vocal about the issue of sewage in Britain’s waters, and according to sources, he’s winning the argument. It seems the former singer’s ability to persuade has not been lost, despite his shift from music to activism.
“I knew he had it in him,” said a fan of Sharkey’s music. “Although I never thought he’d be arguing against poop in rivers.”
