In a shocking turn of events, multi-billionaire, Mr. Moneybags, has defended his running of the company, Moneybags Inc., in a last-minute interview live from Twitter HQ.
In the interview, Mr. Moneybags insisted that Moneybags Inc. was a well-oiled machine and that he was doing an excellent job as CEO. He even went so far as to say that his employees loved him and that the company was thriving under his leadership.
However, sources close to the company tell a different story. Apparently, Mr. Moneybags has been known to show up to the office in his pajamas and slippers, and he often spends his workday playing video games and snacking on Cheetos.
One employee, who asked to remain anonymous, stated, “I can’t even remember the last time Mr. Moneybags actually did any work around here. He’s always too busy bragging about his yacht and showing off pictures of his private island.”
To make matters worse, rumors have been circulating that Mr. Moneybags has been embezzling funds from the company to fuel his extravagant lifestyle.
When asked about these accusations, Mr. Moneybags simply laughed and said, “Oh, those old rumors? Don’t pay them any attention. I’m just a hard-working guy who loves his job.”
