FLORIDA LEGISLATURE PASSES BILL TO BAN ABORTION AFTER SIX WEEKS
Tallahassee, Florida – In a move that has both outraged and amused Florida residents, the state legislature has passed a bill that would ban abortion after six weeks of pregnancy. The bill, which is now awaiting Governor Hank Williams Jr.’s signature, has been met with both cheers and jeers from all sides of the political spectrum.
“I’m ecstatic that we’re finally making progress in protecting unborn babies,” said State Senator Bubba Gump. “This is a victory for all pro-life Floridians and I’m proud to have helped make it happen.”

Despite the backlash, Governor Hank Williams Jr. is expected to sign the bill into law. “I believe in the sanctity of life and I will always stand up for the rights of the unborn,” he said in a statement. “This bill is just another step in the right direction.”
