Bubba Airlines, known for their infamous delays and lost baggage, had another mishap today when a data-connection problem caused them to hit the pause button on all flights. Passengers were left stranded, wandering aimlessly around the airport with nothing to do but stare at the departure board and dream of their final destination.
The airline finally resumed departures after three hours of chaos, with passengers running to their gates in a frenzy, hoping to board before another problem popped up.
One passenger, who asked to remain anonymous, said, “I thought I was never going to get out of here. I was so bored, I started counting tiles on the floor. I got up to 527, and then they announced the flight was back on. Thank goodness.”
Bubba Airlines CEO, Mr. Blunderbuss, issued a statement apologizing for the inconvenience and reassuring passengers that they are working tirelessly to ensure a smoother experience in the future. Passengers responded with a collective eye roll.
“I’ll believe it when I see it,” said another anonymous passenger. “I’ve flown Bubba Airlines before, and let’s just say, I know the ins and outs of the airport quite well now.”
Despite the mishap, Bubba Airlines remains committed to their motto of getting passengers to their destination…eventually.
