The new update is called “Discord Discord Revolution,” and our reporters managed to talk to one of the developers. Mr. Bot, as he calls himself, said proudly, “We’ve created a revolutionary AI that can filter out all the nonsense and give you the essence of the conversations. No more inside jokes that only a select few will understand! No more having to pretend you understand what they’re talking about! You can now finally catch up with the rest of the cool kids.”
To test out the new features, we asked a few of our friends to join us on Discord. It was nice until we made the mistake of discussing “the 90s.”
Jenny, who has been a fan of N*SYNC since before she can remember, reminisced about the countless posters in her bedroom. Emily, who was still drinking formula and not even born yet, asked if it was a new app.
