Introducing FauxAir, the airline promising “generational” change – but with a catch. According to their CEO, Pain Smith, in order to experience this change, passengers will have to endure some “pain” first.
“We’re not going to sugarcoat it,” Smith stated in a recent press conference. “If you want to experience a truly transformative flight experience, you’re going to have to go through some discomfort first. But trust us, it’ll be worth it in the end.”
What exactly does this “pain” entail, you may ask? Well, FauxAir is taking the term “no frills” to a whole new level. In addition to charging for checked baggage and in-flight meals, they’ll also be removing all seats from the planes. That’s right, passengers will have to stand or sit on the floor for the entire duration of the flight.
But that’s not all. The company will also be implementing “airplane yoga sessions” mid-flight, where passengers will be encouraged to stretch and contort themselves into uncomfortable positions in order to “align their chakras” and “awaken their inner beings.”
“We believe that this is the future of air travel,” Smith declared. “People are tired of the same old boring flights where you sit in a cramped seat for hours on end. FauxAir offers a refreshing change, where passengers can embrace discomfort and truly appreciate the journey, not just the destination.”
Unsurprisingly, reactions to FauxAir’s new approach have been mixed. Some have applauded the company for their innovative approach to air travel, while others have criticized them for their blatant disregard for passenger comfort and safety.
Regardless of where you stand on the issue (pun intended), one thing is for certain – FauxAir is not for the faint of heart (or for anyone with a bad back). But if you’re willing to endure a little “pain” for the promise of “generational” change, then book your ticket now. Just don’t forget to bring a pillow for your sore, seat-less tush.
