Former fruit-themed employees have secured a massive $100M in funding to develop a device that will probably rebel against humanity at some point. The new startup, “Humane”, is like a technological Frankenstein’s monster, stitched together from bits and pieces of former Apple employees.
The team claims that their device and cloud services platform will revolutionize AI, but we’re not sure how. Is it going to teach us how to love, or is it going to rule over our every move?
We can’t help but wonder if the team behind “Humane” has been watching too many sci-fi movies. Let’s just hope they don’t accidentally create “Skynet” or “Ultron” while they’re at it.
