In a shocking turn of events, Fanny McButterpants, MP for Fartsville and Flatulence, has declared that her district’s town centre is “a real stinker for the locals”.
Residents have expressed confusion and dismay at the announcement, with many wondering how their town’s centre could possibly smell worse than the nearby landfill.
“We’ve got issues with traffic, overcrowding, and lack of parking,” said one resident, “but I’ve never heard anyone complain about a bad smell.”
