The think tank, which we will call the Center for Oligarchic Studies and Conspiracy Theories, claims that while the Russian army has struggled to make any significant gains in Ukraine, the clever and cunning spies of the Russian intelligence services have been working their magic behind the scenes.
According to the report, the spy agency – let’s just call them the KGB for old time’s sake – has been working tirelessly to sow confusion and discord among Ukrainian politicians, journalists, and even citizens. They’ve been spreading fake news, hacking computers, and sending agents to stir up trouble in Ukrainian cities.
But the most impressive feat of the KGB, according to the think tank, has been their ability to make Ukrainians laugh in the face of danger. The spies have apparently been sending Ukrainian comedians to Russia for intensive training in the art of making people laugh. The result has been a wave of hilarious jokes and sketches that have helped ease tensions between the two countries and distracted Ukrainians from the grim reality of war.
