Bank Shareholder’s Proposal for Sassy Clown Mascot Rejected, but Socialist Measures Accepted

In a recent shareholder meeting, local businessman and budding comedy writer, Johnny McFunny, presented a resolution to the bank’s board of directors, which was met with some resistance. McFunny’s proposal outlined a new mascot for the bank, a sassy and sarcastic clown named “Pennywise the Limited Liability Corporation.” The board of directors, however, failed to see the humor and dismissed the resolution as frivolous.

However, to McFunny’s surprise, the board did accept some proposals put forward by the left. In particular, they approved a measure requiring all bank tellers to wear berets, sing revolutionary songs while depositing funds, and refer to customers as “comrades” instead of the usual “sir” or “ma’am.”

McFunny stated in disbelief, “I guess the bank is more interested in being politically correct than having a good laugh. I mean, who doesn’t love a good clown joke?”

While we may never see Pennywise the Limited Liability Corporation donning a bank teller uniform, one thing is for sure, the left has triumphed in their mission to spread socialist propaganda through our financial institutions. Vive la revolution!
