In a shocking turn of events, the West has expressed concerns that Beijing might increase its aid to its “bestie” Moscow in the ongoing war against Ukraine. Sources say that the friends-to-the-end duo have been planning their next move over a cup of hot tea and dim sum.
Rumors are floating around that Beijing is planning to gift Moscow a few pandas to lift their spirits and help them get over the fact that they’ve been banned from the next Eurovision contest. Meanwhile, Moscow is reportedly going to offer Beijing free vodka shots to show their gratitude for the pandas and their never-ending support.
One Western diplomat, who wished to remain anonymous, said, “We’re worried that Moscow and Beijing might have a secret pact to take over the world. We’ve all seen those movies where the villain always has a sidekick, and we don’t want to be caught off guard when they reveal their evil plan.”
Another source added, “They always say ‘two heads are better than one,’ but in this case, it’s two bad haircuts that we don’t need. We’re hoping that they’ll focus on their own problems for a change instead of teaming up to cause more chaos.”
As tensions rise, many are calling for the West to come up with a plan to counter Moscow and Beijing’s alliance. Suggestions include sending them on a world tour to perform a duet and releasing a movie where they play childhood friends who get lost in the wilderness.
Only time will tell what the outcome of this unlikely friendship will be, but one thing is for sure – the West better start practicing their panda cuddling skills just in case.
